Guild Membership

The Guild is a volunteer organization committed to supporting the Orchestra through financial, educational, and promotional activities. The Guild provides members with friendship, fun, worthwhile endeavors, networking, and personal growth. The Guild enthusiastically welcomes new members at any time.

Our goals are:
~To support the objectives of the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra
~To explore, develop, organize, promote, and support fundraising events
~To promote music appreciation and educational opportunities throughout the community
~To increase public awareness of the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra and the Guild

Anyone who is interested in the welfare of the New Mexico Symphony is eligible and welcome to join the Guild. The membership year runs from June 1 to May 31. Your dues must be paid by July 15 in order for you to be listed in the Membership Directory.
Mentoring Program
A Mentoring Program is in place to help each member feel welcome and familiar with the Guild. For more information, contact mentoring@newmexicosymphonyguild.org or membership@newmexicosymphonyguild.org

New Member Socials
Get-acquainted parties are held for new members throughout the year, offering insight into volunteer activities, information about upcoming events, and the opportunity for members to get to know each other. General membership meetings are held four times per year in conjunction with luncheons or dinners and a holiday fashion show. For the 2009-2010 year, the Guild has planned the following social events and membership meetings:
